鈴木クリニックは完全予約制でご予約の患者様が最優先です。

最近、ご予約の無いwalk-inの患者様方がフロントデスクにご質問等をされお時間を取られるため、予約をお持ちの患者様からご迷惑との苦情が多数発生しております。
恐れいりますが、ご予約の無い患者様でご質問等ございましたら、お名前、お電話番号、ご用件をご記入の上フロントデスクにお渡し下さい。順次ご連絡致します。
待合室で用件が終わるまでお待ちになるのはご遠慮下さい。

The Suzuki Clinic is appointment based clinic.
There are frequent episodes that walk-in patients who does not have an appointment ask their questions at front desk and takes significant time, so there are many complaints from patients who have their appointment who are not able to get through efficiently.

If you have question and comes in as walk in, please leave your name, phone number and brief message and give it to front desk. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please refrain from waiting at waiting room until your question is answered on site.
