採血 当日無断キャンセル代 30ドル
診察 当日無断キャンセル代 50ドル
予約の変更、キャンセルは24時間前までにご連絡下さい。
24時間前までにご連絡がない場合は、上記のキャンセル代がかかりますのでお気をつけ下さい。
ご自身の責任で予約時間に来院して下さい。
Our No Show Fee has been increased.
NO SHOW Fee for the lab will be $30.
NO SHOW Fee for appointment to see Dr.Suzuki will be $50.
You're responsible for your own appointments, even if you have received reminder call or not.
If you're canceling your appointment, please give us a call 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
If you don't call us, it'll be considered as a NO SHOW, you'll be charged the fee.
